Gym Policies

​At MaxOut Kids Gymnastics & Fitness, the safety, well-being, and experience of every child and family are our top priorities. By enrolling your child in our program, you agree to the following policies and terms of participation:

Payment Policies

• Tuition Payments
  Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Your debit/credit card will be automatically charged.

• Annual Activities Fee
  A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $25 for individual athletes or $50 per family will be charged every January.

• Missed Classes & Tuition Holds
  Tuition reserves your child’s spot in class, whether or not they attend. Missed classes do not carry over and must be made up while actively enrolled. Students must be currently enrolled in order to schedule a makeup class.

• Prorated Tuition
  Tuition is only prorated once, based on your child’s initial start date. Future missed weeks or breaks will not result in prorated adjustments.

• Unpaid Tuition
  If tuition is unpaid, your child may not participate in class until the balance is resolved.

• Withdrawal Policy
  If you choose to discontinue participation, written notice is required. Failure to provide written notice will result in your account being charged for monthly tuition until such notice is received.
