Gymnastics
Junior 1
Junior 1 is the perfect class for older beginners. Students will learn fundamental gymnastics skills across all four events, including forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic bar and beam work. In addition to physical development, this class supports goal-setting, discipline, and body awareness, preparing gymnasts for the next level.
Junior 2
This class is for gymnasts who have mastered the basics and are ready to progress to intermediate-level skills. Athletes will continue to develop strength, flexibility, and technique with skills such as round-offs, back hip circles, and connected beam movements. Junior 2 focuses on refining form, building routines, and preparing for more advanced training.
Junior 3
Our most advanced recreational level, Junior 3 is designed for gymnasts who demonstrate strong skill mastery, focus, and a readiness for more challenging progressions. Athletes work on advanced tumbling, flight skills on beam, complex bar transitions, and powerful vaults. Emphasis is placed on precision, strength training, and routine development.

Max 2 builds on early movement skills with more structure and skill development. Students will practice basic gymnastics techniques on floor, beam, bars, and vault, while also improving strength, flexibility, and coordination.
