Here’s everything you need to know

🎈 Party Details:

Length: 2 hours (plus a 30-minute early arrival window for setup)

  • Base Rate: $375 for up to 15 kids, $10 per additional child beyond 15

  • Maximum: 20 kids

  • There is a non-refundable $50 deposit required to secure your event. The remaining $325 must be paid in cash on the day of your party. We do not accept card payments for birthday parties.

  • Fun & energetic party instructor

  • Private event space

  • 30-minute gymnastics class + coach-led games

  • Tables & chairs (3 tables, 30 chairs)

  • Bluetooth speaker for music

  • Help with setup

  • Assistance with serving food/cake

⏰ Available Time Slots:

  • Weekdays: 10:00 AM

  • Saturdays: 2:00–4:00 PM or 4:30–6:30 PM

  • Sundays: 1:30–3:30 PM or 4:00–6:00

🚨 Party Reminders:

  • All food must stay in the party room, but you are welcome to bring whatever you like 🍕🎂

  • No shoes on the red mat (yes—even adults!) 👣

  • Shoes can be left near the cubbies or waiting area

  • Every parent must have a signed liability waiver upon arrival

Our coaches are fabulous and work hard to ensure your kids have a wonderful birthday experience, cash tips are appreciated.

  • Parent’s Name

  • Phone Number

  • Birthday Kid’s Name & Date of Birth

  • Desired Party Date & Time

 

Once we have that, we’ll email you an invoice for you to pay the $50 deposit to secure your spot.
